The web master is truly and genuinely sorry for the event that has resulted in this change of contents. The previous contents have been totally private and confidential, but it was not for security reasons that the web master in question decided to place the Under Construction page at the top of this web site on Sunday, January 13th 2008.
Here is not the place to furthur discuss the events that resulted in this most unfurtunate event of all, which crushed the web master totally.
